What we collect
Account data (email, workspace settings), meeting metadata (titles, attendees, timestamps), transcripts when you record, and the structured spine items extracted from those transcripts.
How we use it
To run the product. We extract the spine, route it to your integrations, and answer your "Ask Margin" queries with citations from your own data. We never train models on your transcripts.
Subprocessors
Recall.ai (meeting bot dispatch), Anthropic / OpenAI (LLM inference, on Pro/Business — bypassed on Enterprise self-hosted), Stripe (billing), Postgres host, S3-compatible object storage. Full list on request.
Retention
Workspace admins set retention from 30 / 90 / 365 days. Or "delete after extraction" — we keep the spine, drop the transcript.
