Acceptable use
Don't use Margin for unlawful surveillance. Recording two-party-consent states requires consent — Margin's bot announces itself, but you're responsible for ensuring participants are informed.
Subscriptions
Monthly or annual. Cancel anytime, refund prorated for annual. Free tier has a 300-minute monthly transcript cap.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Margin is not liable for indirect damages, including missed meetings, mis-routed CRM updates, or hallucinated spine items. The spine is a tool, not a system of record.
Termination
Either party may terminate. We delete your data within 30 days of cancellation unless legally required to retain it.
